We're Hiring: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy, PLLC — Sterling Heights & Auburn Hills, MI (On-site) At Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy, we help kids find their voice. Our SLPs work alongside occupational therapists and behavior analysts to deliver play-based, family-centered, neuroaffirming care in a warm, supportive clinic. What you'll do Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs Build individualized, play-based treatment plans and track meaningful progress Partner with families, caregivers, and our OT and ABA teams for whole-child care Support AAC users and coach families to carry strategies into daily life What we're looking for Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) — Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome Michigan SLP license or eligibility A genuine love for pediatrics; experience is a plus, but we'll mentor the right new grad What we offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) 25 paid days off + holidays Monday–Friday or Monday - Thursday schedule CEU stipend A manageable caseload and real mentorship from a collaborative team Ready to make a difference with us?
