Student Success Case Manager - Fostering Bright Futures

Wake Tech

Wake Tech seeks a dedicated case manager to support students in the Fostering Bright Futures program, delivering tailored service plans and regular progress reviews at the Scott Northern Wake Campus or Southern Wake Campus. The role requires collaboration across departments, data-driven decisions to improve retention, and ability to travel between campus locations as needed.
