Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description Saint Luke's North in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for their growing Medical Surgical Unit. This location has recently expanded services and is looking to add additional top performers to their team. Shift Details: Full Time Days - 36 hours a week As a nurse on this unit, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, telemetry monitoring status, and treatment plans. This position offers variety in your daily tasks and opportunities to expand and grow your nursing skills. In an hospital setting, you will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating tasks, supervising other staff, and coordinating care plans for your assigned patients. You will consult with other healthcare team members as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree Additional Information Join Saint Luke's, the Kansas City region's premier provider of health services.
