What Success Looks Like

• Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverage
• Demonstrate proper operation of all bar equipment
• Responsible for stocking and maintaining bar in accordance with established procedures
• Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
• Keeps area clean and organized

What You Bring

• At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.

• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements
