Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Kansas
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Kansas clinical supervisors who are interested in helping counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals build strong clinical foundations. This role is a good fit for experienced providers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and supporting ethical clinical practice.
Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can connect with supervisors based on location, license type, specialty, and supervision needs. Kansas supervisors who join the platform can help make the supervision process easier for clinicians looking for the right match.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation
- Review cases, documentation, ethics, and treatment plans
- Support professional development and clinical decision-making
- Follow Kansas supervision and licensing standards
Maintain professional communication with supervisees
Requirements
- Active Kansas clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Kansas requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
