Brand Ambassador/ Market Specialist- Adictivo Tequila

Position Summary The Market Specialist / Brand Ambassador serves as the face of Adictivo Tequila within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, educating trade partners, supporting sales growth, and creating memorable brand experiences through tastings, events, and market activations. Key Responsibilities Market Penetration: Lead local market strategy by identifying and selecting key accounts, premium on-premise venues, and influential retailers within the assigned territory while identifying potential areas for growth. On-Premise Focus: Build strong relationships with key accounts, secure product listings, develop bar programs, provide mixologist training, organize competitions and trade incentives, drive cocktail menu placements, and pursue well tequila programs as well as Adictivo Bar Takeovers. Brand Promotion: Organize and lead tastings, mixologist community events (), and grassroots marketing activations such as pop-ups and special events to generate consumer trial and brand loyalty. Represent Adictivo Tequila at industry events and trade shows. Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with venue managers, bartenders, mixologists, retailers, and influencers through market visits, product training, and educational programs. Social Media Activation: Identify and collaborate with local and regional influencers while supporting social media activities that increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on consumer trends, competitive activity, and local market dynamics. Prepare activation recaps, KPI reports, and market feedback summaries. Business Expansion: Identify new account opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market growth potential while supporting local sales initiatives and brand performance objectives. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality, experiential marketing, event marketing, brand ambassador, sales, or a related customer-facing role. Proficient in conducting tastings, product demonstrations, trainings, or promotional events. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Passion for tequila, spirits, hospitality, and brand development. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience working with bartenders, restaurants, retail accounts, or hospitality professionals preferred. Knowledge of tequila, agave spirits, and cocktail culture is a plus. Experience with social media and influencer engagement preferred. Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and product samples.
