CNC Lathe Machinist Job Summary:
A job shop in Grand Rapids is looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist with 2+ years of lathe machining experience to add to its growing team. The machinist will be responsible for small-batch production.
CNC Lathe Machinist Requirements:
Operate a CNC lathe
Perform multiple set-ups during a shift
Handle tool changes and offsets
Change programs
Ensure quality with gauges, calipers, and micrometers
** Schedule: **1st
shift; 7am–3:30pm, Monday-Friday, no weekends
Pay: $21-$25/HR, based on experience
CNC Lathe Machinist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CNC lathe machining experience required
- Flexibility to help in other areas
- Experience in tool changes and offsets
