Midway Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to support a data management and records storage facility in Englewood, CO. This position involves scanning, tracking, organizing, and packaging media and records as part of a vault relocation project. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling confidential materials.

Location: Englewood, CO 80112 Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.01

Duties:

• Scan and track media using company inventory systems
• Package tapes and records into boxes for storage and relocation
• Organize and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with inventory control and vault operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Comfortable working with confidential records and information
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
