Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Superintendent-level leadership skills to work on high-end custom homes. This role blends expertise with labor oversight, ensuring that luxury home projects are executed at the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into high-end builds.
• Lead, direct, and supervise site labor crews and subcontractors.
• Manage daily scheduling, labor assignments, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with building and electrical codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
• Monitor quality control across all electrical and general construction activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Provide proactive solutions to on-site challenges and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements: .

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate construction labor or subcontractors.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift materials and operate tools safely.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA certification or other safety training.
• Experience managing or leading job sites as a superintendent or foreman.
• Familiarity with luxury home construction methods and finishes.
• Knowledge of additional trades (HVAC, plumbing, or smart home systems).
