Project Executive | K-12 and Higher Education

Overview Los Angeles is preferred; outstanding candidates from Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and other Southern California markets will also be considered. We're seeking a Project Executive to provide operational leadership for an established general contractor delivering complex K-12 and higher education projects with a strong emphasis on collaborative project delivery. Our client is a highly respected builder recognized for developing long-term client partnerships, delivering technically demanding projects and investing in exceptional construction leaders. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a Project Executive who enjoys building trusted relationships, leading high-performing teams and overseeing multiple education projects from precon through closeout. You will provide executive oversight across multiple education projects, partnering with owners, architects, consultants and project teams to guide project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety and client satisfaction while supporting business development, alternative delivery pursuits and operational excellence. Desired Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of project financial management, preconstruction, scheduling and construction operations Proven ability to develop client relationships, mentor project teams and lead multiple projects simultaneously Competitive compensation package of $228,000 to $305,000, with performance-based bonus potential, long-term incentive opportunities, generous PTO and opportunities to lead high-profile education programs.
