AI Research Scientist

Overview AI Research Scientist – Design and evaluate novel AI/ML models across foundational and applied domains. Drive innovation in LLMs, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring research into production. Publish, present, and patent high-impact findings in AI and machine learning. Responsibilities Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, including natural language processing, computer vision, generative models, and reinforcement learning Design and implement novel algorithms and model architectures for experimentation and deployment Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights, train models, and validate hypotheses Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable solutions and production-ready systems Stay current with the latest literature and contribute to the AI research community through papers, presentations, or patents Build and evaluate proof-of-concept systems and prototypes for real-world application Mentor junior researchers and data scientists in scientific rigor, model development, and experimentation Support internal IP development and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps Qualifications Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, ICLR) is highly preferred Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or statistical modeling Experience with model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks Proficiency in Python and familiarity with large-scale data processing Solid understanding of model evaluation, optimization techniques, and deployment workflows Ability to independently design and drive research agendas with business impact Join a world-class team of scientists and engineers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
