RN – MS/Tele Float

Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier

Ratios: 1:5-6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights

Years of experience REQ: 2 years

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum (weekend= Saturday/Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation

Certs REQ: BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and telemetry required

Certs Preferred: NIH

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Will float to all medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro.
