Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care (Memory Care), Gunnison, Colorado. Start date 08/17/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $1,133–$1,202 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 3×12-hour shifts (6p–6a). Work setting involves memory care within a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and supervision for residents during the assigned tour, in accordance with current standards and facility policy.
- Assist with, and supervise, day-to-day nursing activities and coordinate with the broader care team.
- Monitor resident health status, document changes, and report to the supervising nurse or physician as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols; observe for adverse reactions.
- Perform routine assessments, vital signs, and basic rehabilitative/restorative nursing tasks as indicated.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Colorado
- BLS certification current
- IV certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required
- Ability to work nights in a rural Gunnison setting; reliable transportation required due to limited public transit
