In-Process Quality Control Inspector

In this role, you’ll be the key guardian of product quality—catching defect details under the microscope before components move to the next stage or reach our customers. If you thrive in an ISO 9001 environment, love working with precision measurement tools, and want to play a vital role in upholding our high standard of manufacturing excellence, we want to hear from you! salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Role Requirements Previous experience in Quality inspections Visual Inspection Skills under microscope or inspection tools to verify that a product is free of defects before installation in the next level of assembly or final distribution to the customer. Hands-on experience with common inspection tools such as: Micrometers, calipers, Multimeter. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in use of and/or programming of automated inspection tools, such as vision inspection systems. Experience working in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent (two years of college preferred), Three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as a quality control inspector/technician. Physical Requirements Mobility and Dexterity Standing and Walking: Must have the ability to stand, walk, and stand for long periods of time on concrete or hard factory floors. Navigating the Floor: Must be occasionally required to... stoop, kneel, crouch to inspect equipment or parts. Reaching and Handling: Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate controls, handle tools, and navigate technical schematics or CAD station interfaces.
