At Quinn, that means: No double-booking: every patient gets your full attention in a true 1:1 format A team behind you: collaborate with physicians, nurses, and a multidisciplinary care team Expand your scope: our PTs work across outpatient orthopedic and a major corporate wellness center New Grad Dedication: hit the ground running with a structured 12-week, 1:1 mentorship program, launch your career with confidence Multiple South Bay locations: established, trusted, and community-facing for over 25 years Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and build personalized treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapies, interventions, and modalities Maintain detailed, timely documentation Provide telehealth services as needed Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing learning Qualifications: Active California PT license and DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program CPR-AED and BLS Certified Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, Athena A patient-centered mindset with genuine compassion and empathy Current on required vaccinations; willing to comply with applicable health and safety standards Compensation and Benefits: $108,000 – $135,000 per year ($51.92 – $64.90 / hour), commensurate with experience and what you bring to the team.
