Instructional Designer

Essential Functions Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines. Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout. Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
