Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health position in Lansing, Michigan. The role is ongoing, 40 hours/week, 8‑hour shifts as staff. Responsibilities Home health registered nurse case managers lead and collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans. Qualifications RN license in the state where you work. Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing. One year of RN experience with clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to patient locations. Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Ability to self‑manage time and schedule. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software. Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment (includes medical and recreational marijuana).
