You will start as an apprentice working alongside experienced technicians, with the goal of running your own jobs within 12 months. We provide continuous training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement within a team culture that recognizes and rewards hard work.

After completingour apprentice program our fully trained Service Technicians have a proven track record of earning an average income of $75,000-$125,000 / year based on their hourly wage plus Zoom Drain's generous spiff and bonus program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Hands-on Experience: Work directly with technicians on service calls and in the shop.
• Structured Advancement: After a 60-day orientation, you will enter our Apprentice to Technician Training Program to acquire best-in-practice skills.
• Career Growth: Upon completion, you will join our service team, earning more and working independently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must Have

• Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Experience with sewer, plumbing or other mechanical trade experienceReliable attendance — show up on time, every time
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor & strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and commitment to safety
• Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

Nice to Have

• Experience with sewer and drain cleaning
• Plumbing or construction experience
