Job Overview:

Pay Range: $25.00hr - $27.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Insurance experience.
• Patient appointment scheduling experience.
• Healthcare front desk experience including check in, check out, and handling phone calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinic schedules and assist with managing patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Answer patient phone calls, take messages, and verify insurance benefits.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the clinic.
• Work closely with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic and referring physicians.
• Support both patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• 2-5 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
