Starting at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional income through performance bonuses and commissions. Your effort and attitude determine how much you can grow!

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Each day starts with a quick team meeting at the Shine office where you'll review the game plan for the day. You and your teammate will load equipment and head out in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes or businesses. Throughout the day, you'll perform services such as:

• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Other exterior cleaning services

You may interact with customers to ensure we're delivering excellent service and meeting their expectations. At the end of the day, you'll return to the office to wrap up with the team.

Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications

• Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
• Reliable transportation to get to the office each day
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle
• Able to lift and carry ladders (up to 30 pounds)
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and carry ladders up to 30 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs safely
• Able to perform physical work throughout the day
