Bilingual Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Paralegal to support our workers compensation legal team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties in both languages
- Assist attorneys with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in workers compensation
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- $65,000-75,000
