About the Role:

Malechas Auto Body LLC in Faribault, MN is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team! This is a great opportunity to showcase your passion for vehicles and take pride in delivering showroom-quality results every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle detailing on customer and shop vehicles
• Wash, clay bar, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to restore and protect paint surfaces
• Deep clean vehicle interiors including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, and conditioning surfaces
• Apply paint sealants, ceramic coatings, and protective treatments as needed
• Inspect vehicles for detailing needs and communicate findings to team leads
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and equipment
• Install Window tint and paint protection film

Requirements:

• Previous automotive detailing 
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques
• Window tint experience, willing to train on clear film
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand, bend, and work physically throughout the shift
