Salary: Unlicensed $47,500 | Outpatient Programs: $52,500 | Licensed: $61,800 - $66,950 Various Locations: Gainesville FL, Lake City FL, Starke FL, Chiefland FL, Ocala FL, MacClenny FL, Live Oak FL, Trenton FL, and Palatka FL. We want you! We welcome your knowledge, experience, story and expertise! Complete bio-psychosocial assessment of assigned clients within 24 hour ofadmission. Counsel substance abuse and dual diagnosis clients, individually and in groupsessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and makingchanges. Complete and maintain accurate records and reports regarding the patients'histories and progress, services provided, and other required information. Develop individualized client treatment plans within 7 days of admission, basedon research, clinical experience, and client histories. Review and evaluate clients' progress in relation to measurable goals andobjectives described in treatment and care plans. Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals in orderto evaluate individuals' mental and physical condition, and to determine theirsuitability for participation in a specific program. Intervene as advocate for clients or patients in order to resolve emergencyproblems in crisis situations Who are we looking for? Master'sdegree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field. LCSW,LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist Atleast one year of experience in the mental health field Knowledge of the Baker Act is preferred ***Depending on the specific program*** Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting companyinsurance requirements Drivers Requirement Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements. In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years. Drivers over 65 years old must provide a current doctor's note stating they have no driving limitations. What You Will Love!
