*Private Practice In Person Daytime Radiologist: South Jersey Shore

Practice overview: Atlantic Medical Imaging (AMI) is a physician-led, quality-driven medical imaging private practice committed to clinical excellence serving the southern New Jersey area since 1964. We provide exclusive radiology services in 29 outpatient facilities and 2 hospital sites. Our 72 board-certified radiologists and vascular surgeons and 900+ member staff work diligently to make AMI the region’s premier imaging provider of choice. Job Description: Position Summary: Full time in person general radiologist with neuroradiology, MSK, or Breast/Body experience covering our South Offices (Atlantic county - Galloway, Egg Harbor Township, Somers Point). Ideal candidate fellowship trained in neuroradiology, MSK, or Breast. Part time position can also be considered. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and will need an active NJ license. Partnership track is 2 years long, with vacation increasing from 8 to 10 weeks PTO. Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, with 1-2 late shifts (12-8 pm or 8am-8pm) per month. Call: 1 in 6 weekends (approximately 15-16 total shifts a year, split evenly amongst all rads). Individual shifts are either 8am-4pm EST, or 4pm-11pm EST.No overnight shifts (Coverage by dedicated internal nighttime radiologists). Start Date: Flexible. Graduating fellows are welcome to apply! Responsibilities: Predominantly outpatient imaging (50% your subspecialty + 50% general radiology (X-rays, US, CT body, screen/diag mammos) with periodic hospital coverage for call (basic body and neuro). Occasional fluoroscopy (barium swallow, upper GI, arthrograms, myelograms, etc). Hospital: Level 2 trauma center and stroke center. Workflow: State of the art workflow: Latest versions of Powerscribe (with automatic impression generation) and PACS software, radiology assistants to call in findings.
