Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally in a corporate or B2B setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with ERP systems like Sage X3 or similar Strong problem-solving, research, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy High sense of urgency and dependable work ethic Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with EDI transaction sets Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment Knowledge of billing and credit resolution processes Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in customer service within the club channels or wholesale industries advantageous Other Requirements: This is a full-time remote position working Monday through Friday, 10 am 6 pm CST (45 hours/week) Ability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and communicate effectively Occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds and mobility within the workspace We're looking for proactive, results-driven team players eager to grow with us.
