The company is currently seeking an experienced, commercially-minded attorney for a six-month temporary engagement. This high-autonomy role involves taking primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of complex commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, and partner contracts. The position is designed for a senior professional capable of navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments independently. In addition to contract management, the Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance on cross-border payments, AML/CTF frameworks, and financial services regulations.
