Royal Publishing is seeking multiple full-time B2B Inside Sales Representatives to assist local businesses in promoting their services by securing advertising placements in high school sports souvenir programs.

No sales experience? No problem. Whether you have years of experience or have never made a sale before, we will teach you skills and techniques to get the most out of every call you make. Our management and support staff have 165+ years of experience, designed to give you an unbeatable on-the-job training including all the necessary tools you need to accomplish great things . In business since 1979, we are able to provide each sales representative with established sales leads and a proven sales presentation, so you have every chance to succeed .

Your key responsibilities are to

• Make a high-volume of outbound B2B calls.
• Explain program features and benefits, advertising options, pricing, and publication deadlines to prospective advertisers.
• Sell advertising.
• Represent our company positively and provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
• Collect payment for ads you sell.

• Have the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers.
