You will learn new skills, make new friends, and master the basics of the menu, food safety, and sanitation. You can become a server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or work toward becoming a Shift Leader. The sky is the limit for your career. Cashier You greet guests energetically with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo’s." You ensure each guest gets exactly what they want by listening politely, suggesting items, repeating orders, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system. This key role requires efficiency in processing orders while showcasing a friendly personality. Handling credit cards, rewards cards, and cash requires focus and precision, and each cashier is trained thoroughly before becoming independent. Cook Prepare and present food according to company specifications. You will be trained in using the equipment, resources, and tools needed to deliver the best product to our guests. Shift Leader Take the first step into a leadership role. Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling Team Members, inventory control, cash handling, and training.
