Location: Oregon 97233
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $1,850 – $1944/week
Schedule: Full-time
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Expected Hours: 40 hours/week
Hours: Day shift (M-F-8AM-4PM)
Provide physical therapy services including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and rehabilitation interventions. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the healthcare team.
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist license (Oregon required)
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
