Human Resources Business PartnerThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to academic and administrative leaders within the institution. This role aligns human capital strategies with college goals, providing consultative support in areas such as employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and compliance. The HRBP fosters a collaborative and high-performing work environment in support of the mission of providing access to high-value educational experiences that transform lives and advance our communities. There is a total of 3 openings for 3 different campuses.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field; or combination of education and experience Four or more years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience including two years of employee relations duties Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and core Human Resources management principles Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, benefits administration and learning and development platforms; ability to learn and leverage new technologies and tools Skill in verbal and written communications; analytical and problem-solving capabilities Critical thinking skills and sound business acumen to support informed decision-making Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Ability to build collaborative relationships and provide consultation to client groups Knowledge of effective negotiation techniques and conflict resolution strategies Knowledge of change management principles and implementation strategies Skill in time, organizational and project management with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations Ability to obtain and maintain a Georgia Notary Public Commission$47,500 - $58,300 annuallyCover Letter Resume Transcripts
