Chief Volunteer Minister - Director Of Ministry and Evangelism

Chief Minister / Lead Pastor Department: Ministry & Spiritual Leadership Reports To: Executive Leadership (CEO/COO/ Board) Position Type: Volunteer (Part-Time | Remote/In-Person – United States Only) Location Requirement (Strict): This role is strictly limited to candidates residing within the United States . Reason for Requisition: With the expansion of BluShues into global faith-based events and structured ministry programs , there is a need for a senior spiritual leader to oversee doctrine, guide ministry direction, and ensure consistency in all spiritual engagements. Position Summary: The Chief Minister / Lead Pastor will provide spiritual oversight and leadership across all BluShues ministry activities. This role ensures doctrinal alignment, leads major fellowship events, and mentors Volunteer Ministers. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall spiritual leadership and direction for BluShues. Lead major global fellowship events, prayer sessions, and teachings. Ensure all teachings align with biblical doctrine and BluShues’ Statement of Faith. Mentor and supervise Volunteer Ministers and Pastors. Advise executive leadership on spiritual matters and ministry growth. Support outreach initiatives focused on evangelism and discipleship. Contribute to the development of structured ministry programs and content. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be based in the United States (mandatory requirement) . Ordained minister or significant pastoral leadership experience preferred. Strong theological foundation and deep knowledge of Scripture. Proven experience in preaching, teaching, and leading ministries. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Demonstrated spiritual maturity and integrity.
