Key Qualifications:

• Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Valid SLP Educator Certificate
• Present IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school or preschool settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance a dynamic caseload (ranging from high evaluation to program service needs)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students aged preschool through early elementary, including specialized Child Find roles
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Document progress and maintain data in compliance with district and state policies
• Consult with teachers and families, empowering them with strategies and insights
• Flexibly manage a caseload that may emphasize evaluations or direct therapy
• Stay current with best practices for child speech-language development and school-based service delivery
