Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border. with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Compensation (Pay): $223,446.08 to $274,810.49/ yearly, based on experience. Plus, a $20,000 Sign on Bonus.
*Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.

Overview:  The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires a collaborative approach to healthcare, working closely with an integrated care team that includes behavioral health and dental services.

Job Summary:  The pediatrician provides comprehensive outpatient primary care and telehealth services for pediatric patients. The role includes maintaining hospital privileges, participating in call coverage, and completing clinical documentation. The physician is expected to meet productivity and quality standards while following organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include supervising clinical staff and supporting team-based patient care.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license
• Active, DEA registration
• Board Certified or Eligible
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certified
• Ability to manage an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per day

Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates.
