Required to be on-site in West Palm Beach (WPB) three days per week. Role Overview This role is responsible for delivering exceptional HR support to employees and managers through the employee portal. The position focuses on resolving HR inquiries, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR knowledge resources, and partnering with key HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in response to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers through the employee portal. Provide support to employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Ensure employee requests are resolved accurately and within established service timelines. Enable employee self-service by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving internal HR knowledge base content. Identify, resolve, and escalate inconsistent, inefficient, or non-compliant processes, policies, and practices to mitigate HR risk. Build strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams. Proactively identify service issues and emerging business requirements. Provide recommendations and insights for improvements to HR tools, processes, policies, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to connect information across multiple HR processes and identify trends or issues. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Requirements Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in HR processes, including: Employee Benefits Onboarding Offboarding Hands‑on experience working with HRIS systems. Excellent communication and articulation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to quickly learn new processes and connect information across multiple HR functions. Preferred Background Experience supporting employees through various HR processes and employee lifecycle events. Experience partnering with cross‑functional HR teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. Flexible / Learnable Areas Broader knowledge of end-to-end HR processes can be developed on the job. Additional exposure to HR policies, procedures, and programs can be gained through role‑based training and experience.
