Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, including triage, initial assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients from newborns to geriatrics
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and IV therapies, and assist with procedures as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other care team members to manage patient flow, admissions, and discharges
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and appropriate discharge instructions; support family education as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license (current, unrestricted) to practice in California or appropriate state for practice
• 1 year of ER or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency setting
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
• Eligibility to work in the United States and participate in a travel assignment
