Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and backgrounds. \n Facilitating individual and couple therapy sessions aimed at addressing complex family dynamics and promoting resolution in conflicts. \n Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming issues related to alcoholism, abuse, bereavement, medical problems, and workplace stress. \n Developing tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, including support for adjusting to divorce, managing sibling rivalry, and enhancing communication skills. \n Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all therapeutic interactions and progress notes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients include adults, children, and adolescents facing various psychological challenges. Exposure to diverse client populations and familiarity with using telehealth platforms will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n We recognize and reward our therapists with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
