We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing (SNF) travel assignment Senior Care Center in Gunnison, CO. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supervising daily nursing operations during your shift.

‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities during shift
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans
• Support and guide LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care

✅ Requirements

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Colorado RN License
• BLS (AHA or equivalent) – Required
• Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check – Required

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years RN experience required
• Prior LTC / SNF experience strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
