Land Surveyor

We are seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead and oversee a variety of land surveying projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of all survey deliverables , while supporting multidisciplinary project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and certify ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys Sign and seal final survey documents Manage survey projects including scope, schedule, and quality control Supervise and mentor survey technicians and field crews Review survey data, plats, and mapping for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and municipal agencies Assist with proposals, project planning, and client communication Qualifications Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) (or ability to obtain) Experience with ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, CSMs, and boundary surveys Strong knowledge of surveying standards, statutes, and land records Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar CAD platforms Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills If you’re a detail-driven survey professional ready to lead projects and teams, we’d love to hear from you.
