Additionally, you'll contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, generating reports using advanced ERP systems, and may mentor junior staff on best practices, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency in our fast-paced environment. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA certification strongly preferred. Familiarity with SOX compliance, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and US GAAP is critical, along with experience in high-volume transaction environments and audit coordination. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills to dissect complex financial data, alongside exceptional attention to detail for error-free reporting. Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel for pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, is vital.
