The ideal candidate will:
- Understand age-appropriate early childhood behavior
- Know how to effectively manage a classroom
- Communicate professionally with parents, coworkers, and supervisors
- Follow all policies and procedures with consistency and care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large group early childhood center working with 4 year old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clean criminal background
