You may upload these documents on the application under CV/Resume.***Responsibilities****Preparation and Delivery of Healthcare Training*** Training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as but not limited to culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health**Program Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation/Training for Healthcare Training Programs*** Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers* Coordinates program communications and marketing* Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation for grant funded initiatives and clinical services* Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings* Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services* Maintains program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives* Healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department**Funding and Resource Management*** Assists in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities**Required Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish)**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.* Verbal and written communication skills.**Why Texas A&M University?**We are a prestigious university with strong traditions, Core Values, and a community of caring and collaboration.
