Position Highlights

: Outpatient-only

practice with

flexible 4 or 5-day workweek

options. Approximately 10 hours of dedicated administrative time built into the schedule. Practice within a modern, tribally owned and operated health and wellness center providing integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, traditional healing, and community health services under one roof. Manage a reasonable patient volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day with a focus on continuity of care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and relationship-based healthcare. No call responsibilities

and no inpatient obligations. Collaborative multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators. Dedicated support includes approximately one MA per provider and a robust nursing team. Opportunity to

: Experience-based base salary ranging from

$141,000 - $189,000 annually

. No production requirements or RVU pressure, allowing providers to focus on quality patient care and community impact. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

: Master's Degree or Doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required. Active Washington State license preferred or willingness to obtain licensure prior to start. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach to patient care, commitment to cultural humility, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and community-focused healthcare. Preference for 5-10+ years of Family Practice experience; newer graduates will be considered if they demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to serving the community.
