Associate Attorney - Business & Real Estate Litigation

Position Responsibilities Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Take and defend depositions Handle mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions Provide hearing, trial, and appellate oral advocacy Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and colleagues Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar 2-8 years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from start to finish Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Strategic thinker with excellent judgment and attention to detail Collaborative, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence Benefits The Gibson Legal Group offers a competitive market-based salary, with a good work/life balance, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, short and long-term disability, etc. All CLEs, bar association dues, and networking are covered as well.
