Position Overview: The Dental Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities: Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental X-rays Utilize advanced technology including: CBCT All-on-X workflows 3D printer Facial and intraoral scanners Provide excellent chairside patient care Maintain accurate patient records Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Knowledge of CBCT, All-on-X, 3D printing, and scanners strongly preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and professional Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $20–$35 per hour (DOE) Sick time Paid holidays & PTO Health insurance 401(k) Monthly performance bonus based on hitting practice goals Room for growth and advancement Practice Culture: This practice offers a positive, team-oriented environment with a strong family feel.
