Strategic Program Manager

To support the growth of a new managed business unit, the full-time Strategic Program Manager will execute cross-functional initiatives, translate priorities into structured plans, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Contribute to PMO discipline by managing priorities, milestones, and decisions across managed business workstreams Lead execution of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics Proactively identify misalignment, risks, and unresolved decisions, facilitating necessary conversations to drive clarity and progress Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in Program Management or cross-functional program leadership roles Experience with multi-family, MDU, and/or wi-fi infrastructure is a bonus Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
