This is a highly customer-facing role where you will bridge business and IT—ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational needs while driving efficiency, standardization, and innovation. You will play a central role in ERP consolidation efforts, modernization initiatives, and preparing the organization for a future SAP S/4HANA migrationKey Responsibilities:Partner with Business - act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and corporate stakeholders on all ERP-related initiativesBuild strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturingTranslate business requirements into scalable system solutionsDrive process alignment, standardization, and adoption of best practicesOwn & Support the ERP Platform - manage the ERP landscape (Navision 2017, transitioning to Business Central; Sightline, Visual, Sage)Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high system availabilityConfigure and enhance ERP functionality, including development in C/AL (Navision 2017)Support integrations and evolution toward AL in Business CentralDrive Projects & Enhancements - lead ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and break/fix improvementsManage and prioritize the ERP support queue and feature requestsDrive execution of system upgrades (Navision Business Central)Provide clear communication and reporting on priorities, status, and outcomesLead ERP Transformation - play a key role in consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single Business Unit platformSupport data mapping, process alignment, and change management effortsContribute to long-term planning for SAP S/4HANA migrationImprove & Innovate - identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption to drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and system usageRequirements and Qualifications:10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understandingExperience with Navision (C/AL) required; Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferredProven success in a customer-facing role partnering with business stakeholdersExperience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation effortsStrong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations)Ability to balance support, development, and project deliveryStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
