Pathways is seeking a Lead Skills Trainer/Youth Mentor in Dallas, Oregon to onboard and supervise Skills Trainers and Youth Mentors. The Lead will also provide direct Skills Training services to referred youth, ensuring high-quality individualized services. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and the ability to work full-time. Ideal candidates should be ready to pass background checks.
