Physical Therapist - Part-Time

About the Role
As a Physical Therapist - Part-Time, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of physical injuries and disorders. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal function and well-being.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical function and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretching, and strengthening exercises
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and self-care strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients of diverse ages and abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
