Delta's OP&P Crew Planning & Performance team is responsible for maximize crew availability of pilots & flight attendants by forecasting demand & optimally placing supply, improving operational performance. The broader team link planning decisions to crew performance outcomes to continuously improve results, scales & standardizes best practices across the pilot & flight attendant crew divisions and connects the dots between crew performance and the broader operation / enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity develop experience leading an analytical team, supporting the FOP & IFS Crew teams to continually improve their planning process, incorporate recent performance trends into future plans and connect the dots between Crew performance & DL's broader operation.
