Overview
Radiology Technologist, CT Tech travel assignment in Massena, NY. Start date 06/29/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shift: 5x8 Nights. Weekly pay: $2,553-$2,715. Guaranteed hours: 0. Setting: Critical Access Hospital. This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide combined X-ray and CT coverage, including routine CT protocols (Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis), CTA Head/Carotid, and PE studies, plus standard X-ray exams (Chest, Abdomen, Extremities, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Musculoskeletal trauma)
- Perform portable radiography for ED and inpatient exams; ensure image quality and patient safety in acute care
- Administer contrast and manage IV access per NY license requirements; monitor for adverse reactions and patient comfort
- Operate imaging systems (Siemens CT; PACS) and document studies in EPIC; adhere to imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
- Float to cover assigned coverage areas as needed and collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for timely imaging
- Maintain equipment readiness, safety, and infection control practices in a busy, high-acuity environment

Requirements
- NY State license in-hand
- ARRT(R) certification; CT endorsement preferred; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
- BLS (basic life support)
- Minimum 2 years radiography experience in adult acute care, adult outpatient, and Emergency Department settings; portable X-ray and EPIC charting experience required
- IV/contrast: IV certification noted on NY license; experience with contrast administration and peripheral IV starts
- Ability to work in ED and inpatient settings; willingness to float to cover imaging needs
